The Smiths - Half A Person
Another go at a Smith's song, this time "Half a Person" great song with the obvious teenage troubled lyrics over the blissful tingle of Johnny Marr's guitar....Playing this through my 23yr old Ross amp and my toneworks KORG AX1000G pedal bank!! sound is poor as only have my Mac to pick it up.... plus my amp is tucked in a corner.... anyhow enjoy..
High Force Waterfall
Spent a lovely day out with my camera going to Raby Castle and High Force, with the latter being the much better...
High Force is a waterfall on the River Tees, near Middleton-in-Teesdale, Teesdale, County Durham , England. The whole of the River Tees plunges over a precipice (cliff edge which is almost vertical) in two stages. In former times flooding created two separate falls, but after the completion of Cow Green Reservoir in the upper Teesdale this seldom happens now. In harsh winters the falls would freeze, creating cathedral-like ice formations.

Roasting Pad and E-Print
Needed to share these two great new apps available, one thanks to the 4.2 update the other just for the help it will give at Xmas to many of the poor cooks about!!!
1) So the new Apple update for the Ipad and Iphone gives you the ability to print wirelessly, the good thing about some of the releases in the app store is that the free versions give you the ability to test if they are compatible with your printer. Luckily after 3 attempts I found e-print free great app and easy to use!!!
2) The fantastic Roasting Pad, this app lets you choose your meat, how you want it cooked and its weight- then tells you how to cook it giving you step by step instructions and even the ability to have a timer remind you of when the steps are complete. This will be a godsend at Xmas for the Turkeys!!!
